Tkds is a supplier decision-support system that scores your suppliers on price, delivery, quality, service and capacity together. Each supplier gets a score out of 100 and an A–E grade, with the weak spots named explicitly and a clear answer to what would raise the score the most.
You set the rules: enter criteria weights through pairwise comparisons and draw the target and the acceptable limit for each criterion yourself. The system does not just calculate — it explains the decision, and every scorecard is archived so you can audit later which data produced which result.

What you can do
A score out of 100 and an A–E grade for every supplier, plus what would raise it the most
You enter the weights through pairwise comparisons; inconsistent choices are flagged instead of silently scored
A target and an acceptable limit for each of the twelve criteria, tunable per product
Add your own fields (order no, invoice no, receiving warehouse) to the order form without writing code
Foreign-currency orders are converted at the central bank rate of the order date, not today's
Invalid entries — negative delay, returns above the order quantity, zero cost — are rejected at database level
Older orders lose weight over time; a new supplier with little data is marked "under observation" rather than ranked unfairly
Every scorecard is archived, so which data produced which decision stays auditable
Who it is for
Purchasing managers who must justify a supplier choice, not just make it
Quality teams that need ISO 9001 supplier evaluation to be documented and repeatable
Companies buying in foreign currency that want period-over-period comparisons to stay realistic
