Kontrol

Kontrol brings the quality-control and production forms your team fills in on the shop floor onto their phones. A worker photographs the code-and-lot label on the part; the app identifies the product and lot, shows which forms have already been completed for that lot, and opens the next one with product and lot filled in. Forms are filled and approved through a staff, supervisor and manager hierarchy.

Form structure lives in templates, not code: you define the header fields, pass/fail check items, measurement tables and who may fill each form — without writing code. It works with bills of materials, delivery notes and lot-based stock; a production form sent for approval deducts the raw materials it used, and the "What Can I Produce" screen tells you how many units of each product your current stock allows and which material is the bottleneck.
