Staff tick off predefined items for each area (restrooms, kitchen, dining room, storage) and attach a photo where needed, while the dashboard shows in real time which area was checked at which hour. A reminder goes out 15 minutes before each scheduled check, and a skipped check is never hidden.
The same app keeps branch-level stock: receipts, issues, counts and waste are recorded, the current quantity is derived from those movements, and anything below its critical level raises an alert automatically. A QR code posted in each area lets customers leave a satisfaction score or report an issue — "out of soap", "needs cleaning" — with a single tap. Staff can dictate notes hands-free; AI sorts them into categories, writes the weekly management summary, and answers questions about your branch's live data.
