Asakai

Asakai brings the plant's daily morning meeting into digital form. Cards such as safety, OEE, scrap, output and downtime Pareto are prepared and frozen automatically before the meeting starts, so everyone discusses the same numbers throughout. Live cards — line flow, active downtime and hourly output — keep refreshing on their own. Click a card or a bar in a chart to open root causes, the 30-day trend and the machine breakdown.

The meeting lead drives the shared presentation screen; participants can follow along or browse freely on their own screens. Speech is turned into live captions and shown to each participant in their own language, and anyone can listen to the translation through headphones. Questions like "Which machine stopped most on B shift yesterday?" can be typed or spoken, and the answer appears as a table or chart. Saying "take a note" is enough — notes are captured in whatever language they are spoken. Action items raised in the meeting are tracked with owner, due date and priority.
